Set the project direction
We discuss the rooms involved, the home’s needs, your goals, and how you want the finished space to work.
We bring design choices and construction planning into one remodeling path. Our work serves homeowners in North Bend and nearby Snoqualmie Valley communities.
Design choices stay tied to construction details, so the finished layout reflects how you plan to use the space.
A single project path connects cabinets, flooring, carpentry, fixtures, and interior finishes.
You receive a remodeling plan shaped around the property’s needs and your preferred look.

Design-build construction begins with the way you want your home to work. We discuss the room or rooms involved, then shape layouts, materials, finishes, and construction needs around that use. The service fits focused improvements and broad renovation plans. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, custom carpentry, room additions, basement finishing, and interior updates can all sit within the same planning path. Our practical view is simple: design decisions should be settled with construction needs in mind. That helps you weigh storage, circulation, material choices, installation work, and the character of the home before the build moves ahead.
Design-Build Construction is a remodeling method that joins custom design guidance with construction coordination through one process.

Best remodel experience we have ever had. The oversight, careful workmanship and ownership of the project was above expectations. Our design team was amazing. We also had the same person do all the work start to finish and was a total Pro. Could not recommend enough and will be doing any and all projects through them. This place is a gem.
Linda and her team did an excellent job! We would highly recommend them. We hired her for a kitchen remodel and asked for a very tight timeline. She delivered and we absolutely love the result. She was very commutative and available to us. Thank you Design and Build NW!
Overall I enjoyed working with Linda and her team. Even though there were no major redesign of spaces and I knew exactly what tile/fixtures/cabinets etc I wanted I still was appreciative of her insight on certain details and choices. It was very easy to collaborate with her. She makes an effort to be in-tune with a client. She was very responsive and took care of everything that needed attention as soon as she was able too. She made sure that I was listened to and taken care of as a client with her subcontractors. I would work with her again.
Tell HomeRemodelNorthbend.info which rooms, goals, materials, and construction needs you want considered. We’ll discuss your project during our Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm hours.

An older kitchen may feel cramped even when its cabinets still work. Design-build planning connects storage, work areas, flooring, lighting, and finish choices before construction begins. We’ll discuss how you cook, gather, and move through the room, then shape the next plan around those needs. Bring photos, measurements, and a list of daily frustrations to the consultation.
A homeowner may want bathroom work, flooring, and interior updates at the same time. Each choice can affect nearby finishes, trim, access, and the order of construction. We map the connected work before materials are selected, so the plan reflects the whole home goal. Start by listing every room you want considered, including changes that may seem small.
A room addition needs more than extra floor area. Its layout, finishes, storage, and connection to the existing home should support daily life and fit the property’s character. We use design guidance to shape those decisions before construction planning advances. Share the intended use, access needs, and finish preferences so the new space has a clear purpose.
